Our history
Compensation Technologies (CT) was established in 2001 by its current managing director Thys van Staden and fellow director Hantie Warren. Wisdom Mashika joined CT in January 2007 as a director and shareholder. Right from the word go CT set out to research and understand the true nature of high performing organisations – and we have developed our services to help our clients to become just that. CT is a 26% Black Economic Empowered business and holds a level 4 contributor rating on the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Scorecard.
Our business
CT is one of the largest remuneration consultancies in South Africa. We harness the latest technology to offer a complete range of HR products and services that are focused on customised solutions for any business. At CT our clients find a wealth of remuneration, tax, payroll and industrial psychology expertise in one service provider.
The business employs highly qualified staff members and directors with extensive experience in the South African commercial and HR environment. We have an association of strategic business partners with whom we network to provide your business with a synergistic service if additional resources are required.
There are two companies in the CT group:

- Compensation Technologies Share Scheme Administration
