Compensation Technologies (CT) was established in 2001 by its current managing director Thys van Staden and fellow director Hantie Warren. Wisdom Mashika joined CT in January 2007 as a director and shareholder.
Right from the word go CT set out to research and understand the true nature of high performing organisations – and we have developed our services to help our clients to become just that. CT is a 26% Black Economic Empowered business and holds a level 4 contributor rating on the Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (BBBEE) Scorecard.
