CT’s HR and tax audit is designed to identify and analyse HR and tax statutory compliance risks and enables you to address these risks proactively. We have developed an HR legal compliance audit with the assistance of Corporate Legal Services (CLS). The objectives of this audit are to ensure that our clients’ HR policies comply with all the different legislative requirements that regulate the HR environment; the legal compliant HR policies are effectively embedded in the client’s HR administrative system for control and reporting purposes; and the practical application of the policies is in line with the intent and content of the policies.
