The remuneration philosophy of a business is aimed at attracting, motivating and retaining people for the organisation. It is inevitable – the war for talent is on and employers have to implement non-traditional remuneration practices.

  • Guaranteed remuneration: The design of unique remuneration models for your business that facilitates flexibility according to the lifecycle needs of the individual employee.
  • Variable remuneration: The design, implementation and administration of incentive schemes or plans exclusive to your business requirements that include any combination of the following:
    • Short term incentives
    • Long term incentives (share incentive plans)
    • Empowerment  schemes (ESOPS)
  • Recognition: The design, implementation and administration of successful recognition programmes aimed at the reinforcement of a high performing culture and appreciation of employees’ contributions.
